Our Business Case Management (BCM) approach provides our end users with the ability to quickly capture and manage their process milestones. This same approach can also be used for projects and tasks. This capability is available “out of the box”.

To accomplish the work required by the BCM milestones FlowVU® uses our patented AdHoc Flow™ launched from the permission based BCM folder. End users can launch a workflow in seconds to their selected participants, as easy as an email but secure for all participants to view the work as it assigned and accomplished, including taskings and documents.

FlowVU is integrated to work with Microsoft Office products and provides a “one click edit” for documents with versioning in the BCM folder.

End users can keep track of all their work 24/7 in secure folders with simple stop light performance metrics. Management has permission based review capabilities.
